A little further down on this page you can read a few brief descriptions about some of the more common sex crimes in Washington. You can also see what sex crimes require registration on this page as well. For now, here is list of some of the more common sex crimes we see in Washington:

That depends on whether you are convicted of a sex crime and what that sex crime is. Further, Washington State has the following different levels of registration: Lifetime, Indefinite, 15 years, and 10 years. The duty to register begins after you are convicted and released from custody.

The crime of Indecent liberties revolves around the capacity to consent to sexual contact. In other words, was the alleged victim incapable of consent because of being mentally defective or incapacitated or physically helpless? This comes up in a number of different circumstances. A few of which are:

Despite my wife's initial disapproval, I have removed all forms of net nanny software from the kid's computer. They now surf unhindered by the arbitrary limits of the ambiguous cyber-morality-police. The experience has been great for all of us because they do not need my approval to visit every new variant of Disney.com or Cartoon Network.

Play-Doh TOUCH is absolutely safe for kids. There is no registration or social aspect to Play-Doh TOUCH, nor does it require location data, so parents should feel safe allowing their children to play.

Engaging in any of these activities is a Class B felony. A conviction of this nature carries with it the possibility of up to ten years in prison and requires sex offender registration, among other potential penalties.

Method 21:(note: this may only apply to the win3.x version):Open the file config.sys(it should be in your c:\ directory) and look for the line DEVICE=C:\NN\NNDRV.SYS.This is the net nanny driver. To prevent it from loading type REM in frontof this line, so it appears as REMDEVICE=C:\NN\NNDRV.SYS.(REM stands for Remark; it tells the computer not to process that linebecause it is a user-inserted remark or comment.) Reboot to eliminate thecopy of NN resident in memory, and you'll be censor-free! Net Nanny willno longer load when you restart your system.

HomeWork Solutions always advises hiring families and nannies alike to put together a written work agreement. This is the place to document your financial agreement with your household employee, including the respective tax obligations of the family and nanny, as well as to articulate benefits, job responsibilities, and the all important confidentiality agreement. Most importantly, state the agreed GROSS hourly wage or before tax wage in this agreement so both parties are in agreement up front. This is vitally important when a family agrees to hire a nanny on a net wage or net take home pay basis, as these terms are subject to interpretation and the two parties may have different understandings of what this means.

The illustration below assumes a single nanny, no dependents living and working in Montgomery County MD who is paid net $600/week for a 40 hour work week. Numbers are rounded for illustration purposes.

The salary ranges given below are a guide only. An individual Norland Nanny salary may be higher than those quoted. The salary will also vary depending on your specific job requirements. Salaries given are based on 50 hours per week for a live-out (daily) nanny and 60 hours per week for a live-in (residential) nanny. This is then calculated pro rata for part-time positions. The Home Counties include Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

For all permanent Norland Nanny placements, a one-off fee payment is made to Norland Agency which is invoiced on the day that the Norland Nanny starts their position. Fees are based on gross salaries, using Nannytax gross to net tables for employees working on a standard tax code plus National Insurance. For temporary nanny (including event and proxy parents) and maternity practitioner placements a daily fee rate is charged. Any repeat bookings must be notified to Norland Agency as additional Agency fees may be applicable as per our Terms and Conditions. Norland Agency proudly supports the charity Twins Trust and offers all Twins Trust members a discount on the Agency fees as listed in the tables below.

These are purely guidelines based on Norland Nannies with continuous nannying experience and positive recent references. Guidelines will vary depending on your specific job requirements. Salaries based on 50 hours per week daily and 60 hours per week residential.
